Zachary Cale
Zachary Cale
Zachary Cale is a songwriter originally hailing from Enon, Louisiana. He has released three full length albums, “Outlander Sessions” (2005), “Walking Papers” (2008), a full length rock record with his band ILLUMINATIONS entitled “See-Saw” (2008). His third solo album ‘Noise of Welcome’ is out now on ALL HANDS ELECTRIC (USA) and Adagio 830 (EUROPE).

“Zachary Cale is one of those unassuming guys who, once heard, earns your undying loyalty. You just want him to be a breakout star. He’s the type of singer-songwriter that will appeal most to fans of Wilco and Iron & Wine.” -The Brooklyn Paper
Itasca
“Itasca is a band based in Los Angeles, CA, originally created as an alias for folk guitarist and songwriter Kayla Cohen, and now touring and recording as a full band, with various Los Angeles-based players, currently pedal steel player Dave McPeters, drummer Coleman Guyon, and bassist and vocalist Julia Nowak. Cohen was raised in New York State; and has released several cassettes, CDs, and one LP over the past half-decade following a relocation west to LA in 2011. In this same time period, Cohen has toured the country as Itasca several times in various guises, alternately as a solo guitar player, and continuing the folk tradition by traveling as a singer and songwriter. She follows in the footsteps of iconoclasts such as Michael Chapman and Bridget St. John, while simultaneously carrying the mythology of the modern American desert West in her musical style and iconography. A new LP featuring Cohen and her collaborators is due in the fall of 2016. Over the past few years Itasca has shared bills with many acts including Spires that in the Sunset Rise, Bitchin’ Bajas, Daniel Bachman, Circuit des Yeux, and Valet.”
Pigeons
Pigeons hail from Bronx, NY, and consist of Wednesday Knudsen, Clark Griffin, and Rob Smith. To date they’ve released LPs on Black Dirt and Olde English Spelling Bee, and Soft Abuse. They Sweetheartstammers is their latest.
Syko Friend
Syko Friend is the solo project of Minneapolis-based Sophie Weil. With sloppy guttural guitar and clumsy finger styling she tells tales of runaway feelings and stealing the boots off of someone’s feet. Syko’s tempered temper tantrum is the lump in your throat you buried a long time ago. It’s from the heart, and straight through it.

Following the road less traveled, dirt kicking, her and her doggy are always off rabbit chasing and cowboy song dreaming. Its a shame its always raining where she is, but Syko Friend is the story of a person you hold at arm’s length…

She says “I can take the cold and cut it with the wind/I’ll bury bodies where the land caves in/make it easy and I’ll jack knife up that hill/make it easy/cut my hair/damned if I will/I’m a doe/in a rut”
