Young Bugs
Young Bugs is a Brooklyn-based rock and roll trio with two songwriters and one ace drummer. Together they’re all caffeinated riffs, frenzied vocals, and stuttering grooves. The bugs are three omnivores chowing down on whatever’s good music, and blasting it back out into the ‘verse through their amped-up guitars and impassioned verses.
The NYC Zings
Your favorite nightmare. Birthed from the womb of a voluptuous nuclear alien whore, raised in the bowels of the seediest underground bar of New York City.
Rachel Ana Dobken
Rachel Ana Dobken studied jazz drumming, vocals, theory and some guitar at Bard College. Her music is raw and honest, personal yet relatable. The tunes are catchy yet intricate, existing somewhere between rock-blues/soul/indie/jazz. Huge influences include: The Band, Incubus, Paul Simon, Fiona Apple, Jeff Buckley.
Adeline Hotel
Adeline Hotel is the project of songwriter Daniel Knishkowy. Debut album Leave The Lights was released in 2014 and features players such as Mike ‘Slo-Mo’ Brenner of Magnolia Electric Co. In August 2015, Adeline Hotel released How Strange It Is To See, an EP that finds the band zeroing in on a much more reserved and atmospheric sound. A short song cycle built from feelings of needing to pick up and leave but not knowing where to go or how to get there, the EP takes this familiar restlessness and filters it through the lens of classic folk-rock and americana. Adeline Hotel is currently recording a second full-length album.
